How does CrossFit Llanelli work?
We keep things simple. There are no joining fees, and memberships run on a month-to-month basis. Sessions are group-based, with a structured warm-up and a coach-led workout. All movements are explained and scaled to suit your ability.
What is a CrossFit workout?
Each day, we do a Workout of the Day (WOD) — a mix of constantly varied, functional movements performed at a relatively high intensity.
Workouts can last anywhere from 5 to 30+ minutes, and no two days are ever the same.
I’m not fit — is CrossFit right for me?
Absolutely. CrossFit is for everyone. Every movement and workout can be scaled to your current fitness level, age, or experience.
If you can move, you can do CrossFit.
Will CrossFit help me lose weight?
Yes. CrossFit workouts are more intense than traditional gym routines, helping you burn more energy in less time. Paired with a healthy diet, you’ll become leaner, stronger, and more energetic.
Will I get bulky?
No need to worry — unless you’re training specifically for that goal, getting bulky is unlikely. Most members become lean and toned.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Layers work well, especially in colder months.
We recommend removing jewellery (especially rings) before training.
Do you have changing rooms and showers?
Yes — we have two changing rooms (male and female), each with a shower and toilet. There’s also a ground floor accessible toilet.
