Based in a unit located behind Trostre retail park in the industrial estate, is a gym, with no mirrors, no egos and the only machines are the people inside. We have barbells, a rig, dumbbells, kettlebells, some bikes and some rowers. We are a small community where everyone knows each other, with a hundred members rather than thousands. Classes are all instructor lead, by coaches who believe in and follow the programme themselves. 

We are no ordinary gym, we are CrossFit Llanelli.
